The Role: The Visual Merchandising Manager plays a critical leadership role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales across all North American UGG stores. Reporting to the Sr. Director of UGG, North America Retail, and collaborating closely with the Global Visual Merchandising team, this role ensures the consistency and excellence of visual execution, elevating the brand's appeal through coaching, training, and developing store teams. Your Impact: Enhance Visual Execution: Lead the consistency and quality of visual displays across North American stores, ensuring a positive customer experience that drives sales growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working with various internal teams (e.g., Global Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing) to ensure a cohesive brand presentation. We’d love to hear from people with: 5-7 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing teams or projects.
